At JORYY, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

🔄 RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags

  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or resized

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

⚠️ Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

📦 RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please email us at 📧 info@thejoryy.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Email address

  • Reason for return

  • Items you wish to return

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

⚠️ Please do NOT send items back without contacting us first.

After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
